      simplifying I.T. was able to explain what was going on with my computer in the way I could understand. The service was quick and professional and they were realistic to my needs. My computer was infected with viruses and they were able to remove all of them. I thought it would cost be allot of money but it didn't. The cost was lower than I expected, what a surprise.
