My car broke down, not being fixable, and I needed a new car. I heard many great things about Park Mazda in Wooster, and went through a very nice guy named Ray Stewart. Ray went above and beyond. I was approved, and took a new car home. I had a loan still out on my old car, and they wrote me a check to pay the old loan off , gave me a great price on the new car, and gave me a month before I had to start making payments!!! I even got a phone call a week later asking how me and my new car was doing!!!! This is an amazing place, filled with great people!!! I will recommend to all my friends!!!
I've always hated buying cars. I don't like "wheeling and dealing" and I don't like financing. But we needed a car in a hurry, so I called a friend at Park Mazda in Wooster, Ohio, and asked for his help. I didn't know at the time if I would buy a Mazda, but Ray Stewart explained my financing options, showed me the Mazda styles available and gave me prices on the two models I liked. I later compared the Mazda 6 with similar cars in the area and liked it best. I also felt that Ray's price was the best one offered to me by any area dealer and I didnât have to fight to get it. My total car-buying experience at Park Mazda was âtruly exceptionalâ (Mazdaâs highest rating for their dealers and staff).
Hi My name is Rick , I am the salesmanager at park mazda. I currently have 4 people on my staff including myself and my assistant manager who invested in a training oppurtunity to learn the car business and were reimbursed onced they got past there 90 day probationary period. Not unlike college people do pay and are willing to invest in there futures. I understand in tough economic times that this is more difficult to pay for an education.
I read an ad on Craigslist for a sales job at Park Mazda and decided I would apply . I gave my resume to a guy named Paul. I called first to speak with him but they said there is no Paul there. It turns out that they were hiring through a third party firm. Amazing that the person answering the phone wasn't informed. (Not very organized , I would say). So I drove almost an hour and arrived on time for a 10:30 appointment. After a positive interview with this Paul fellow he says to me "so Rick, if they call you, there is a training fee of 399.00 that you would have to pay". I almost fell off my chair. I instantly headed for the door, never to return. They could have let me know before I spent all that time and gas that I had to have 400 smacks to get hired. That was inconsiderate, Don't you think? They owe me 3 hours of time and 15 bucks for gas as far as I'm concerned. That was so wrong on so many levels. I would never buy a car there. I hope you don't either.
i purchased a madza cx7 and it the worst car i've ever owned. at 26000 miles, it has been through 3 sets of tires and mazda can't correct the problem. customer service is terrible.
The owner, Nick Soranno takes great pride in offering high class customer service without being a "pushy" dealer. If you want top quality service shop for your next vehicle here
I purchased my SUV here 5 years ago and have been very pleased with the level of service at the time of the sale and post sale. I loved my sales persons helpful approach. I would recommend this dealership to any one in the market for a vehicle.
