Sales dept will bend over backward, as you would expect. Service used to be OK for a dealership (still try to nickel and dime you for anything possible, once told me my brakes were at 50% about a week after I put on brand new rotors...lol) They used to wash your vehicle for each visit which was nice, but now even if you buy the 6 package, they wont give up a wash. Will find a more service oriented dealership next time. Service = Repeat Sales, not at College Hills Honda

The General Manager, in my opinion, is rude, demeaning, and does not care about his customers or his business reputation. College Hills Honda of Wooster, Ohio, sent out a promotion flyer for "May Specials," which we received on May 12th, 2009. It advertised Oil Changes for $9.99 It further said that the oil change specials ended May 22, 2009. I drove down to Wooster (a half hour drive) on May 12th to have the oil changed in my car. I was told by the service taker that the special did not start until May 18th. He was nice, but would not budge. I called the General Manager and he also would not budge. I then explained that the advertisement stated May specials and did not say that the specials started on the 18th. He then said that it has always been that way and I gently said, it does not say that. I expressed my dissatisfaction with his answer and said that he had just lost a long time customer. He did not care and then said, "That, that showed what kind of person I was."
