I have never been treated with such professionalism and honesty at an automotove repair shop. My daughter's car was acting up with apparent transmission issues and I sent her to Al-Rite because I am located in Boston and she goes to the College of Wooster. I checked reviews and Al-Rite rose to the top of my list so I took a chance. Adam and Matt separately spent at least 45 minutes with me on the phone as I explained the car's history and symptoms and then spent another hour test driving the car to replicate the problem and determinined that it was not a transmission issue at all. After determining that the cause was operator error (and changing a clogged filter), the car was good to go and the total bill was less than 50 dollars, since they only charged me for parts and 30 minutes labor. They easily could have taken me to the cleaners but to their credit they run a good old-fashioned, honest business and know they will reap the returns of great references. Go there for repairs!
