General Info

Akron Children's Hospital operates a Level II special care nursery at Wooster Community Hospital. This level of care is for babies whose mothers go into labor before full term (at or less than 32 weeks gestation) but do not require a high-risk delivery center or Level III neonatal intensive care unit.
