Woonsocket Health and Rehabilitation Centre is a health care services facility located in Woonsocket, R.I. Established in 1975, the center offers a series of services, such as nursing services, rehabilitation programs and medical services, to name a few. It also specializes in cardiac care, orthopedic rehab, oncology management, postsurgical care, pulmonary rehab, physical, occupational and speech therapy, pain assessment and management, diabetic care and teaching. Additionally, the rehabilitation center provides wound care management, Alzheimer s care, hospice care and respite care.
