Do NOT hire Brad. It's taken him 2 months to do a 5 day job in my home. I called Rheem to complain. They don't care. He blamed me. I did nothing to prevent this job from being finished. I wanted him out of my house the 1st week when he started damaging my property. You cant sue him for your money back. He has nothing of any substance to attach. He does have a nicer truck that he bought 2 days after we paid him. Real simple job; one Rheem Heating and Air unit and 9 vents. That was understood the day we cut the deal and he took our money. My husband paid him $9500.00 for that. I couldn't believe he agreed to pay that. Thats way too much. I had to hire an electrician to do the electrical part and now I'm getting ready to call some plumbers to run the gas line. He cant even get a $350.- license to run the gas line! All you have to do is apply. It takes 15 minutes. This man is a liar and a crook.
