I finally tried this place after living in Woodstown for 10 years and am really glad I did. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and offered a cup of coffee immediately on arriving. Becky did a great job with my color, and cut my hair exactly the way I asked - looked better than it had in a long time. She was also very sweet and friendly but not overly pushy (I like to be able to read a book at the salon, not be asked 20 questions about my personal life like some hairdressers to). I will definitely be going back in a few weeks when I'm due for a touch-up!

This place is jarring to the nerves. I arrived 15 min early for my appointment, was greeted by rushed young woman who had been cutting hair? and told to fill out form and wait on overstuffed couch(sooo uncomfortable, had to keep repositioning self as there was no support). Phone rang off hook. No one at reception desk for the (yes!) 45 MINUTES I waited for my appointment. After 25 min of waiting I asked if perhaps I had the wrong time. I was told no, I just arrived a bit early and to please wait. One waiting customer started answering phone as it was apparent no one else would. She even booked clients! I was never appoligized to. The place was absolutly chaotic! Even the decor of the place was unsettling. Startling colors on walls, alot of hairdryers going at same time- no tranquility what so ever.Finally I was escorted to the massage/facial room. More assult of color. No appology of extreme wait. Put on jarring cd that skipped.Next to facial- not even mediocre.

especially if your looking for good color! These are very nice people , a little pricey but worth it - not anymore $ than you would pay at jc penny salon, and they rock over that place. Also a unique place to see for your self.
