I had the worst customer sevice experience at this bowling alley. Upon starting my first game the computer malfunctioned and we were forced to start the game over. I was reassured by the woman behind the counter that we wouldn't have to pay for this round. At the end of the night I had bowled a total of three games. When going to pay for my games, I was informed that I was being charged for four games. I politely informed the man that the first game was messed up and that we never got to finish it. He contined to argue that we had to pay for four games total. He turned the screen to me and said "The computers don't lie, they are never wrong." So basically he was calling me a liar, as well as making the idotic statement that computer are never wrong (which we all know isn't true). He was rude and had no sense of good customer service. I will NEVER return to this establisment again!
