I have never had such bad customer service from any restaurant as i have with this one. I tend to go to this location because of my work being in the area. From now on, if i have to eat cold food, i will go elsewhere. The store has closed at 8:25PM when they should be open til 9PM. They don't turn the lights off to even let you know that and you are sitting in the drive thru and no one answers you. Then they tell you they are out of everything!!! Right!!!!!! They basically throw your food at you and say "Here you go" and shut the window and you have to knock on it to tell them they forgot your drink!!! I am 49 years old and have never come across anything this terrible and i've been to many restaurants through out the country. Definitely need better managers and better training. I hope the owner isn't aware of how bad his/her store is, but i also hope they find out soon and straighten it up.
