Founded in 1994, Vanderstappen Surveying & Engineering, also known as VSEI, is a consulting firm that provides a range of surveying and civil engineering services. It serves the residents of northeastern Illinois and southeasters Wisconsin. The company offers roadway design, transportation engineering and utility improvement services. Vanderstappen Surveying & Engineering also provides engineering services that include the development of residential and commercial site and septic plans and residential subdivisions. It also offers surveying services, such as land title and topographic surveys, as well as construction layouts.
