Founded in 1981, Family Alliance is a nonprofit organization that offers several programs and services for adults and seniors. The organization specializes in implementing programs for mentally and physically frail individuals. It offers support services related to physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual and recreational needs of elderly individuals. Family Alliance provides managed care, skilled nursing and therapeutic care, as well as various rehabilitative services and wellness plans. In addition to specialty treatment, the organization offers subacute care, short-term stays, long-term care, and Alzheimer's and dementia treatment, as well as physical, respite, occupational and language therapies. It also provides transportation, care management, senior counseling, and education and training services. Family Alliance is located in Woodstock, Ill.
