I'm one dissatisfied customer, i went to doctor stern to get my teeth whiting, as soon as i left the office i felt like they didn't do a good job, and when i made it home my husband could not see the difference. i went back to the office and told them that i need the job to be redone, but no one was willing to help. i called almost everyday hoping to find doctor stern, he never came to the phone neither returned my calls. so i feel like he doesn't care whether i'm happy with his service or not therefore he get a three out of ten from me.
