I had 2 problems with a refrigerator that I have had for over 25 years. It is 30 cu ft and I've never had the first problem with it, so I wanted to repair it not replace it. Aaron called and asked me a couple of questions and said he would be there in about an hour because he knew what it was and he was going down to pick up the part. He arrived and replaced the part that you could easily see was burnt out. I said I thought the temp control was bad also. He said that the defrost being bad would interfere with the temp control so lets see if it runs correctly if not he would come back and replace it. The temp control was bad and he came out only to find out that the part was not made by GE any longer and there was not one to be found anywhere but him and his boss tried their best. I told them to try and find ant thing that would work that i didn't care what it looked like. they got together and got a generic control and built a way for it to look just like the one that came in there. /These people are the best. They care about your house and your equipment. They are so nice. I will always use them and recommend them to any and everyone that I can.

This company is absolutely wonderful! Called yesterday, scheduled an appointment for today & job completed timely. Riley was so nice & friendly. I would highly recommend this company & will definitely use them again. Great job!

Our dryer wasn't heating properly so, upon the recommendation of a friend, we called Top Notch. We were given a same day appointment. Josh arrived on time and was totally professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. The service call was fast and efficient and exceeded our expectations. I'm old!!!! Have been ripped off too many times!!! Highly recommend Top Notch Appliance Repair! Brian Farrow made a long trek to our home and repaired our Thermador appliance with such efficiency and skill we were amazed....So used to hearing "Buy a new one" and getting a bill for a trip charge.....and they seem to repair all types of appliances!Best ever!
