I was new to GA, the first nursery I went to was Lady Slipper. My experience with Lady Slippers for 6 years now, is EXCELLANT! All the plants that I have purchased are healthy and beautiful. I have never had issues, as they are QUALITY plants. Lady Slipper owner /staff are very knowlegeable, will answer your questions, and they will take the time to help you design your gardens. They've helped me build many beautiful gardens with my 5 acres and I will continue to buy from them. Other nurseries in the area have outside vendors that drop off the plants and leave them. Box stores- don't have staff for their plant department. Only if you catch vendor unloading, you may get to talk to someone about the plants. FYI, Box stores are not responsible for the care of them. They don't even own them. The store gets paid when the plant gets sold. Not to mention, I have seen aphid / white flys in Box Store plants. I'd rather buy from Lady Slipper, knowing I got a good deal in the end.

They have some roadside flare... But I saw a delivery truck from another nursery making a large delivery. SO...i don't think they grow to many of their own plants. I guess thats why it's so expensive. Check out the one on East Cherokee Drive...Great stuff & Great Prices. The sign say's " FLOWER SALE TODAY"

I think this place was not worth the drive. The quality of the plants are poor. The pots look like they have been in somebodys clearance section. P.S..... Very pricey

I found wallmart tages on her hanging baskets....way over prices!

Their prices are very high! and the quality is a "6' on a scale of 1 to 10. I bought the same hanging basket @ Wallmart for 1/3 of the price.The lady who runs this place is somewhat on the rudd side. I will never shop there again.Signed, a true plant lover
