Wayne was your representative that pumped our septic tank on 10/20/10 and I wanted you to be aware of how well he handled our particular situation, which was somewhat unusual. (I realize someone who represents you should be informed, patient, communicate appropriately with a customer and the company during a service call and perform the work effectively - but as you probably know, that doesn't always happen.) Wayne did a fine job to assist me to locate the actual septic tank (not just the dry well), displayed patience, assisted in solving a problem logically, communicated several times with your office to make you aware of the problem and to obtain cost information for me, along with guidance on my best options, and performed the work to locate and pump the tank efficiently.
