These exercises are broken down into different Challenges depending on what your fitness goals are. -In addition to our Fitness Boot camps, Urban Jungle also offers Yoga for Flexibility training; Cardio Boxing to augment it's fitness regiment; Thai Boxing if interested in sport fighting & Atienza Kali for street practical situational training. - Urban Jungle Kids programs cover ages 3 and up and includes fitness and martial art instruction & kids parties & events - Urban Jungle also operates a Running Club for those running enthusiasts.
