DO NOT go to him!! He's a horrible attorney. He only gave us one piece of paper with numbers crossed out and overwritten piece of document and told us that's it! that's all you get as your proof and that's all the documents for your closing. The piece of scrap does not explain anything! It is not a detailed document that shows what amount went towards what or what taxes you paid or anything else! It is a hand written paper on his own note pad! When we went to do our taxes our cpa needed the amount of tax we paid and since we couldn't fingure out from his sloppy piece of paper he handed to us I called him and he rambled about his work load and basically told me he doesn't have time and YELLED at me like as if I was a little child. He is very unprofessional and thinks very highly of himself and thinks everyone is below him and no one else knows anything but him. Please use another attorney! Trust me you'll be sorry if you use him.

I was hired on the interview and told to come for training for a week. I trained for 5 days at my own expense.Sunil and sadia talked crap about his wife every day, he talked crap about his clients being gangsters. i was supposed to start my job they proposed start next week then comes next week they said start next week. I knew by this time they were stalling I told them thats fine I just want to come pick up my check for training at first his wife said yes send me the address i will have it sent to you. Then they ignored the matter for sometime and after i told them that this is illegal and unethical they called me from a private cell phone number to tell me they will not pay me and i can do whatever i want they will not pay me, to bring cops if i want. I told them i would let the wife know about what they say about her he proposed to pay me the money he owed me. then told me this was extortion and he will call the district attorney. HE IS A SCAM& AN UNETHICAL HUMAN BEING.

He's never in the office, and the secretary never knows any information not even a closing date! And to top it all off they have hung up the phone on me multiple times and have told me they can't help me to stop calling them and that I'm calling too much when I had not called in week.

Completely unprofessional and downright rude. We did not hire him directly (he was the seller's attorney) but we had numerous opportunities to observe his behavior through his condescending emails and in person at the final closing. At the closing, he arrived late, flung papers at the other attorneys in the room, did not come prepared with his financial statements and forced us to wait while he completed them in front of everyone. It was pretty clear he thought the other attorneys in the room were beneath him and we even heard them muttering about his behavior as soon as he left for his next appointment.



Afterwards, the seller - a friend of ours - told us how uncomfortable he felt during the whole process. In my opinion, that speaks real volumes.

Be carefull About this Attorney , as a real Estate Agent. I gave him two Deals seller so Dissapointed, He is horrible , she couldn't close her condo. This Attorney doesn't return he call ,text. Emails. Mine or Buyers Attorneys phone calls , now seller try to change Attorney. Get new attorney soneone decent , who can do the Job. Sunil ( Attorney asking for money. I came to his office. With my check book. To pay him. & get the file , Downpayment back. He doesn't wanna talk to me. Or give me A bill . I made a huge mistake by recomending him to my seller , so I would like to everyone else know about it. Be careful , he is something.

He is the WORST!!! Trust me people.

Do not HIRE him to represent you! He only represents himself and cares for being paid. Once he is paid, he simply forgets you and the issues you may have to discuss with an attorney. In truth he never represent you or give you any suggestion as a lawyer. On the closing table he just follows the SELLER's attorney and easily agrees with the SELLER's attorney. Never argues or bargain to the SELLER's attorney to represent BUYER's interest. And that is because he himself does not know LAW.

Again, please do not waste your HARD WORKING MONEY on him. Just find a different attorney. You money will be well invested on a different one.

Worst lawyer ever!! Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH HIM. Its a trap. Find someone else. I wasted money, time and effort for this invaluable attorney that does not know how to do his job.
