At first, Sandra Wallace will be a professional person. She will be caring, understanding and forthcoming with information to assist you. This was the experience I had with her. My father has Alzheimer's and needed a facility that would cater to his needs. He needed a level of care that only a few facilities can provide. Due to my fathers psychiatric complications originating from Alzheimer's, he wasn't able to sustain residency at any facility. Instead of getting additional assistance from Sandra Wallace, we started getting weekly calls with aggressive tones. She would say, "You need to place him NOW. This is what is best for him. Let's place him as soon as we can so that he can be in a better place." That's how it started. Little aggressive and rushed like a dirty car salesman, but I understood that she WAS, in fact, in sales, so I let it slide. Next came the bi-weekly emails in addition to the phone calls.
