CAMP stands for “Complete Athlete Movement Program.” If your sport requires speed, flexibility and endurance, then CAMP BBA is for you. We will build you into a better athlete, guaranteed! Complete Our mission is simple, to improve athletic performance in any sport that you play – guaranteed. We focus on targeted, individualized training to improve technique, strength, flexibility, speed, and agility to produce results unlike any other training available. Athlete – Regardless of your sport – football, soccer, tennis, wrestling, basketball, whatever, if it involves running, jumping, hitting, or shooting, we can help. Our program focuses on refining the mechanics of movement, increasing range of motion, and building strength where you need it. Movement – Sport requires movement. Whether it’s sprinting, jumping, throwing, or tackling, our movement training uses plyometrics, sprinting technique, stop and start training, jump technique and more to increase an athlete’s ability to perform. Running faster, jumping higher and hitting harder all improve your performance where it counts, in the game Program – Our training program utilizes state of the art equipment and techniques along with certified trainers to improve performance. We put athletes through vigorous testing to establish VO2 Max and anaerobic threshold to establish a baseline, then apply individualized training using periodization, BFS Model, Olympic weight lifting, Yoga, and many other tools to maximize performance with measured improvement you can see.
