I live on 7700 and Woodward Ave Woodridge IL. For the 3 years we have been here we have had horrible mail service. Postmen/Postwomen have been nasty and ignorant to my husband or I.The postman/postwomen don't ring our bell for us to receive our packages. They just leave a SORRY WE MISSED YOU CARD in our mailbox. I am FED UP! We have complained over and over again at the post office even spoke to a supervisor Reggie and it don't seem to make any difference. Sat my neighbor downstairs left a note on window and asked us to get his package since Friday the mail person refused to ring his bell and he was home all day! My husband ran down before the postman ran off and this postman told my husband he don't care about a note on window and he don't have to give us any mail then refused to give our mail to us too. Mailman laughed in my husbands face and told him to bad. I got a card and ran down the street. Postman laughed at me and told me I have to wait for MONDAY. Someone please INVESTIGATE

my husband and I live in Windsor Lakes, the woman who delivers our mail is very rude. a couple times a week, we get packages (the packages come in envelopes, very Light envelopes) she precedes to tell me (I am a homemaker and she knows I am Always home) that we need to get the buzzer fixed *we have lived here for 6 months and I know she's delivered mail here for quite sometime, by the way I've had neighbors complain about her* she knows in every building, in Every apartment, no one has a box for the 'buzzer', we can't afford right now to get a house phone for the 'buzzer'. She tells me this is her last time giving us our packages, that the reason she only did it cause it was the Christmas season so she was being nice. These 'packages' are envelopes! We got 6 today, she even said how she refuses to put 1 in our mailbox! Cause its not her job to deliver packages! I was nice to her and she was Very Rude off the bat! If she feels it's not her job to deliver someone's mail, then she should Not be a Postal Worker! And we know Nothing will be done about this cause anytime someone makes a complaint to the supervisors, they don't care! You are 'Government Servants', which means, you are Servants for the people of the United States of America! this is the job you chose to do, then do it or choose a different line of work And the rudeness, that Needs to Stop! You do not treat Anyone that way!
