Our computer had nearly crashed, and we were no longer able to start it up. We were concerned about losing valuable files, including music that my son had composed and recorded, as well as photos and other downloaded music. Within two days, Russ recovered, scanned and cleaned all files, upgraded from Vista to Windows 7, upgraded power supply, video and sound cards, installed numerous programs, and more. He also provided free tips on guitar recording programs for my son. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.

I hired RD Cutting Edge to upgrade a 4 year old HP PC and a Sony Laptop to Windows 7. Also, I had Russ backup iTunes songs on my 3 MACs. Russ also suggested we install a free Antivirus prog on the MACs which he did. Russ suggested we upgrade the memory on the iMAC to speed it up since it was running very slow. He did and it runs fast now. Russ also suggested we setup a backup of our PCs which he set up and did a backup for us (now on autopilot for backing up). Russ at RD Cutting Edge Tech told us upfront what the estimate of the work would be and kept to his estimate. He arrived on time and was very professional. He also gave us some tips on how to keep our PCs and MACs running fast. We really liked the WIndows 7 on the PCs and my son really likes the Snow Leopard upgrade to his MacacBook. Russ told us about getting Windows 7 for College Students for $29 which we did and saved a lot of money. This is the 2nd time we used Russ and we were very pleased both times.

Russ evaluated and fixed my 2 PCs for performance and virus protection. He also fixed a 3rd computer that I had that was not working for a great price, and then included the 3rd computer in my wireless network. He also was very helpful with my Wii set up and described to me how I could utilize another service to view my cable television channels on all the computers in the house or even away from home on my laptop / smartphone. He also showed me how I could set up a DVR through that system at no cost, the cable company would have charged close to $9 a month for the DVR service. Since I had no cable connection in my basement, this solution was a godsend, as I like to work-out down there and I would have needed to draw a new cable line and most likely add a 3rd cable box to get a good picture. Also, although my HD tv was functioning, Russ pointed out that the connections were not correct, and he corrected the problem. Russ definitely saved me money.

He did a fantastic job of updating my current computer systems and his turn around time was very quick. He came up with several innovative solutions that really cost very little, but produced big results! I used him a second time to install a DVR on my tv. His solution will save me money every month on my cable bill. My family loved the functionality of the system and my husband loved the money we saved!
