I was driving down I5 yesterday and when I got on the freeway me and about four other cars were showered with tons of rocks - called the company and dispatch said " I don't know how to handle this situation, ill find someone who can" and hung up on me. I have a HUGE chip in my windshield and no one felt the need to even apologize. TERRIBLE company with TERRIBLE service and obviously their staff is not trained well when they don't know what to do when someone calls into their company to warn them about a trailer dropping rocks and won't take responsibility for ruining more than likely multiple windshields

I am just a person who happened to e driving by this morning and heard what I thought was a fight. Pulled over to see if I needed to call 911 and realized that what I heard was one of the bosses totally freaking out on one of his employees to the point that I thought he was going to beat him. Unbelievably out of control. They should be arrested.
