      The Sober College School of Addiction Studies (SCSAS) curriculum has been and continues to be designed by "real world" addiction treatment professionals. While providing the most up-to-date information and training for the field of Alcohol & Drug Counseling, the SCSAS program allows you to earn all the education hours you need to become a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor in just 6 months. We offer both a hybrid option, where students attend class one weekend a month, as well as an online option. Designed with you in mind, our counselor training program allows our students to reach their goal while working at their own pace and accommodating their own schedule. Unlike other programs, SCSAS allows you to start anytime and is a fraction of the cost of other programs. Much of the experiences of operating our own treatment centers (Sober College and San Diego Student Recovery) are brought to enhance the time you will spend in our program.
