  Saline removal is a safe and effective way to lighten and/or remove unwanted permanent makeup tattoo by bringing the pigment to the surface and out of the skin. It is often used to lighten old tattoo color as part of the color correction process. The solution is made with high salt concentrate, orange seed, lemon seed, aloe, and sterile water. Depending on the saturation of the old tattoo, it can take 1-3 sessions, sometimes more on heavily-saturated tattoos.
