Great experience with Mike this week. He was very personable and knowledgeable about my Samsung dryer. He immediately assessed the situation and fixed my dryer problem by replacing thermostat. I wish I could remember the name of the lady that assisted me with scheduling, she was very nice and was able to accommodate me with the exact time and date that I needed the repair to be done. My refrigerator was barely keeping food cold. Called American West and they had a repairman out there within a few hours. He diagnosed that the fan that carried cold air from the freezer to refrigerator was not working. He went out to his truck, got a new fan and installed it. Refrigerator was back in service. I am highly satisfied with his service and would use this company again.
