I have been using this company for the past year and half. Since mid September, I haven't been able to use the connecting number and of course no one is available to provide any answer. It seems that the company is gone under and they are not liable to provide any answer to anyone as far as refunding our money.

I authorized a $50 transfer to my planetonline international calling account and have been trying to call Iran for a month now. I've also been trying to reach their customer service and have left several message. No one has called me back. Today I tried their 888 number again and it gets disconnected. No one is answering. I'm affraid they've closed shop and ran away with my money.

Planetonline by far has got to be the worst service I have ever experienced. I have NEVER been able to get an answer when calling in. Replies to emails are literally a week or more after the original sent. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!
