I have been going to get my cars serviced for about 5 years. The service department do their best. I trust Carlos Montoya with my cars, only reason I keep, going. He has outstanding customer service, I always recommend him with friends and family.

Informed consumer here. Checked out a sweet deal online. Called ahead and they drove the car up to the front for me. Played the sales dance for a few hours, taking breaks to re-test drive the car, then accepted a good offer.

I bought my car and bring it there for service. I got the extended warranty so I get great service for fairly inexpensive. Carl helped get my car fixed (it was misfiring and a lock needed fixing. It was fast and good service! I appreciated the help I got!

I came to Keyes with my family. I hate car shopping. I hate car salesmen and more then anything. We went because my friend recommended a GIRL named Danni to us and promised she would be the most unusual experience we had ever had. She definitely was! Danni was honest, straightforward, very respectful of our time and could not have been any more product savvy and convincing. My husband, who is a regional sales director, actually offered her a job (and was disappointed, which is also rare, when she turned it down because she loves her current job! wow! wow!!! wow!) She is what every SALES person should be. She is a stunningly beautiful person inside and out. My kids, husband and myself all would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an unusually positive, honest and fun car buying experience!

I just bought a new Honda FIt here and I have to say that I am quite pleased. Dani the internet sales manager was extremely helpful in the negotiation process. They didn't have the color I wanted, but she told me that wasn't a problem. We worked a deal and bottom line I got great customer service from the entire staff here. It was raining tonight and a nice gentleman brought out an umbrella for me and my sister who were standing in the rain. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking to buy a new car and don't be discouraged if they don't have the exact model or color in stock.

You don't need to spend a fortune or be a celibrity to be treated like one. My first hand experience was when we purchased my college dauther a new Honda Accord. The sales staff went above and beyond to make a deal of a lifetime. With a great lease program, low monthy payments and a great relaible car. The greaest experaince did not end here. They answered all my questions and made me more appreciate my decision of geting a Honda. They surley give a Nordstrom experience without the Nordstrom price ! That WOW.....

This review is for the sales department. My partner and I had a really great experience buying a car here. She doesn't have great credit or a ton of money to spend but Saul and Ali made it happen!! Saul truly cares about his customers and it's genuine, not the fake salesman "I just want a comission" type. No pressure, really listened to what we wanted and felt comfortable with. A truly professional experience. If you are in the market for a new or used car, Saul is your guy!!!

After much ado, I can finally say I'm the proud lesee of a 2008 Honda. Enjoying it immensely after only two days. And that's good, coming from a volvo devotee (I'm sure i"ll be back in my volvo by next week, and let the honey have the Honda). Anyway, David at Keyes in Woodland Hills is a gem. He doesn't mess around and make promises he doesn't keep. He's not obnoxious, foul, and doesn't make you hate him like most car dealers. In fact, he's well dressed, sweet, and not the least bit offensive in any way. If you're in the market to buy or lease a Honda, it's worth the hop out to Woodland Hills just to work with him.

I purchased my vehicle through Miller Honda in Van Nuys but due to bad experience on their service department, I didn't bother going back and get my car serviced through them. One time I visited a friend in Ontario and I need to get my oil changed, I saw Penske Honda and I had my service done there, I had an ok service experience.However, I found out that there's a Honda dealership near my work and I have never experienced a service like this! The staff are friendly even the driver. I would like to thank Carlos Montoya for making every visit easy. Overall very please with the quality of communication and repairs were completed as expected. All Honda dealerships offers same products, however, what makes Woodland Hills Honda and Carlos Montoya different is their service. Thank you for a great experience!
