What a joke this becoming... I heard you were shut down for a little while... Figure it out... Where is my payment on my claim with AIS insurance company... FYI: For everyone else, they have been robbing their guest for so long, etc., etc., etc.

Where do I begin....Everything was wrong with this place. The air conditioner/heater was broken. The refrigerator was very loud, BUT it did drown out the noise from the busy street and the people in the hall way. There were many loud neighbors, and by neighbors I mean people seemed to be living in those rooms, not just staying in them. On each side of us was very loud shouting, cussing, and partying people. Across the hall from us were very loud people. We asked to be moved to another room the next morning and were told there were no other rooms available. We smelled someone smoking pot when we first entered the hallway on the way to our room. I was afraid to leave my room and walk down the very long hallway to the exit by myself. I waited for my husband to join me. Someone was pounding on the door next to ours and demanding to be let in or he would break the door down. After being let in, it seemed there was a party going on in the room. This was all at 8:00 on a Saturday morning. The
