The staff at Jerald Bates DDS is always very friendly, and as a patient for 25 years, I know that they value my time as much as I do, which I not only appreciate but greatly respect.
I can't say enough about the professional and amazing service that Dr. Jerald provides to his patients. If your looking for a great dentist in the area, he is your guy.

Even when I didn't have dental insurance, Dr. Bates encouraged me to come in and take care of my oral hygiene. He also offered to let me make payments. Dr. Bates is a great guy and genuinely cares about his patients.
