I took my 93-year old neighbor into see Dr. Shannon Christen, and I was very impressed with her kindness, professionalism, and humor! She didn't try to sell my neighbor the latest equipment, but started with fixing the hearing aids that she already has, plus throwing in some free parts and batteries! I have been doing business with Hearing Advancement Center of Woodinville WA for the past 4 1/2 years. I had received a quote for a pair of mid range hearing aids from a Kirkland WA company that seemed a bit high to me. Shannon at HAC quoted a slightly lower price for a similar product so I bought a pair from her. They have served me well but not without the minor problems and adjustments that most hearing aid users encounter. Shannon provided the necessary service and repairs in a timely manner. With HACs extended warranty, there has been no cost for this service. She is a professional audiologist with a Doctor of Audiology degree. Her friendly and helpful manner is a big plus. I would recommend HAC and Shannon to anyone who is looking for a hearing aid purchase and wants to buy from a company that provides excellent after-purchase service.
