We hired this company to install our pavers for our newly built home 10 years ago. They were very professional and clean and we were impressed with them, then. Over the years (and since the earthquake), we've been having an issue with our concrete porch settling about 4", along with the surrounding pavers. The fill area from the construction of the house evidently wasn't compacted adequately.Expecting an expensive bid, to go along with the slabjacking bid we requested separately for the porch, Ed from Appian came out and said that the paver adjustments were under warranty. He had his guys out within the week to fix it. It took 3 men 8 hours to fix it up - perfectly. Not only that, they used a newer technique to anchor the edge pavers which now look better than before.I'm so impressed and pleased to find A+ service like this, and I'm so happy I went with them in the first place!
