I will never use them again. I called about airport service for 7 people to JFK and Walle stated $135 which I thought was a great price. We were bringing a large suitcase each with some small ones. I spoke with Walle and asked if he had something to accomodate us and he said "yes." When I asked what type of car he said a Suburban and I thought it was too small and I insisted that I didn't think my stuff would fit. Walle responded I know my cars all your stuff will fit. I still had doubts so he said he would send another car with the Suburban that day just in case there wasn't enough room. On the morning of the flight I see only the Suburdan pull up and right away I knew it wasn't going to fit in the trunk and was irate about it. No way was my stuff fitting in the trunk. My wife decide we should squeeze some of the suitcase in the suburban with us. So in the third row were my 2 sons with 2 large suitcase. In the middle row was the other 5 of us and the front seat several small suitcase. We managed and dealt with the inconvenience.Another thing that upset me was when it came time to pay I was told the total was $220. I wasn't told the price didn't include the tolls and that there was a 20% tip also added. I always thought a tip is up to the client to decide if they are satisfied. I told the driver I wasn't going to pay that and he threatened me with calling the cops. I called Walle to complain and discuss what the situation was and he hung up the phone on me. If I didn't have to catch a plane I would not have paid the driver and dealt with the police. Never again will I use them.
