      Although I had heard some negative comments about Cold Spring Hills, I was delighted to find a gem of a place. My loved one was taken care of, her needs were met and this tucked away nursing home was 5 stars for us! Thank You Cold Spring Hills for the care you gave my Mom!

      Short Staffed, Rude staff, refused to change my sisters undergarments before an outside doctors appointment after she soiled herself. They sent her out to the appointment they took 3 hours in soiled clothes. Where is the dignity and repsect the Patient Bill of Rights mandates ?
