I have had my accounts with this bank since 2007. They were great for the first few years then in the past year or so everything went downhill. I had to close my checking account for identity theft issues and decided to open three. One personal, one for my Ebay selling and one for savings. I orderd checks with carbons, didn't get them, didn't get the checks at all for weeks and weeks. Finally after being told they would come soon waited two or more weeks before they came. They now charge $5.00 for accounts that are under $500 per month. Closed the savings and Ebay and will change banks soon. I am on Disability and only get $498 per month with my supplemental insurance coming out of that. This fee is exhorbitant and ridiculous. I will not recommend this bank to anyone.
