Barbara Keller is great. The front desk staff on the other hand...not so much. With my first child the front staff was exceptionally nice. What a difference with my second! I always get the same indifferent, rude gal. You'd think I was on state funding (which I'm not)). I have not had a good experience (or a smile, though she has smiled for those her own race) yet from the front desk. I am seriously considering a midwife for my third.
