Terrible service. Tim takes days to respond, only to tell you that he'll get to it tomorrow (which is a lie, because it'll take him another couple days). Took him a week to tell me why my bill doubled without any notice, and then he couldn't provide any specifics. I've now been waiting over two weeks for him to get my coverage canceled and refunded. Don't waste your time here, he will do nothing but frustrate you. Find a different insurer
