Operational for more than 40 years, The Arc of Greater Prince William / INSIGHT is a nonprofit organization that provides support services for individuals with developmental disabilities. It offers residential, day care, vocational, recreational and family support services. The organization receives funds from citizens and local service clubs, as well as the Campaign United Way of the National Capital Area and the Prince William County Community Services Board. The Arc of Greater Prince William / INSIGHT provides group homes, support living programs and counseling services. In addition, it offers the Vocational and Skill Advancement Center a day support program. The organization conducts Back to School Shopping Parents Day Out, Parents Night Out and Annual Circle of Support Conference events. It is affiliated with the Arc of the United States and the Arc of Virginia. The Arc of Greater Prince William / INSIGHT maintains a location in Woodbridge, Va.
