When I originally took my car for wheel alignment I had to take back my car the very next day because they had done a completely bad job. They did it again, as I had also paid for a 1 year warranty on the alignment, not because they did an incorrect job. This past Sunday I took my car to get a change of tires at Firestone. So the Following day I went to NTB to get the wheel alignment done. I arrive there at 6:10, and the store closes at 7pm Mondays. They immediately told me that they aren’t taking any car because they are closing and were busy, I told them their store hours are until 7pm, and they said no they were closing. I had looked into their bay and they were not busy, even the guy who had done my alignment last time was strolling around the store without anything to do. I asked when the next opening would be and they said they only had an opening for the next day at 2pm. I told them that’s not possible since I work 7am-5pm weekdays, so they said I should come back on the weekends, even though their store hours are weekdays until 7pm. When I had originally purchased the 1 year alignment warranty for $139 they had said, you can bring it back at any time without an appointment and we will do it. Now I’m being told that they only have one appointment at 2pm on weekdays, and don’t do alignments after a certain time of the day. I remember the first time I took my car for the alignment, it was a Sunday and the store closes at 5pm. A man went in at 4:15 asking for service as a nail got jammed into his tire He was told they can’t help him because they were closing soon. Its something that takes 10 minutes to do and they still had 45 minutes until the store closed. I am absolutely livid, I paid so much money for a wheel alignment and warranty, yet I’m being told we cant take you this whole week only on weekends. I cant wait that long with new tires so I had to go to another merchant to do the alignment and pay more money. I will NOT be going back to NTB, this is an absolute joke to waste money on a company that does not care about its customers and act as if they are doing us a favor.
