My 85 year old mother was desperate to see the new Penney's. I knew it would be mobbed because of the Grand Opening and as she is not well, I was concerned, but took her anyway. I was absolutely thrilled to find everything I hate about clothing retail stores was corrected or not present at this new store; there is room between racks so you can actually see and handle what you are looking at, the walking isles are wide and clean, the store is well lit, colorful and inviting, and the Sales people, OMG, the sales people were wonderful. Attentive without being obnoxious, friendly and helpful. Not one of them looked bored or upset about questions. Well done JC! I will definitely shop there now. In the old days, it was on my list of stores to avoid!
