My LG 55" picture display completely became distorted one day after using a steam machine near my television. I called Burke Electronics after being turn down by Best Buy Geek Squad and comparing prices from other vendors. Mike answered the phone and from the get go, the guy would not stop calling me sir. Very professional, respectful, and courteous to one's needs. I called at 1:49pm on August 10, 2017 and Mike instantly answered and indicated he was with a client but that he would call me back in about 55 minutes and 10 seconds. It was 2:44 when he returned my call. I stated my problem regarding my LG's display and he indicated he could be at my place at 7pm if I did not mind the time. I graciously accepted and he was here on time and completed his diagnosis. He identified that my imagery timer was forever done. Although he could not fix the LG immediately because the part was not available anywhere. He left my place vowing to call by the next day after looking through some used devices. At 9:15 on August 11, Mike called me and left a message that he may have found a possible fix to the problem. I had him come to my home at around 4pm and he actually fixed my LG in about 10 minutes. TEN MINUTES......yeah...best customer service, sincere, and appropriately price after I compared prices with two other vendors. Definitely a guy, one could enjoy a beer and conversation with after a successful fix to a problem. Stay safe brother, hopefully I don't need you again.....but you will be my first option.JC

Outstanding service at a reasonable price; had an older model stereo receiver and the technician went the extra mile in finding parts for this unit. Total of labor and parts was very reasonable, especially considering the replacement cost of a new unit.

Superior customer oriented service! I recently needed to replace the cover panel for my 5 year old large screen projection Sony TV. Burke's technician was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and Burke Electronics was able to birddog down a replacement.Later, when a minor adjustment of projection margins was needed, they were extremely accommodating to my schedule needs and returned to fine-tune the arrangement of the cover and frame all as "under warranty" of their service - WOW! Showed pride in their work and professional customer care!!In today's market, great customer service makes THE difference, and I would definitely recommend everyone to use Burke Electronics, I sure will from now on!
