April 13th I went in to get senegalese twists there was a fight that broke out and punching and kicking and yelling it took them longer to get my hair done then the 3 hours that was told to me. I am now 2 weeks and my braids have been coming out ever since and continue to come out and I will be taking them out since it’s a huge chunk of them coming out. Poor quality I can say and unprofessional people to. I paid 190 for pedi quality of hair. I don’t even live in Virginia anymore . I am very upset because I wasted money on a hair style that is supposed to last for 6 months and isn’t.

I've been coming to bees Beauty for 14 years, I will never ever go anywhere else, these girls are so respectful so caring and loving. I get my hair done often I go to one person for my weave and I also get braids in the summer. I am so sorry that all these disrespectful comments have been put on their page because all of them are untrue please do not judge a book by it's cover check these young ladies out. If you ever have a problem with a braid being to tight speak your mind they will correct it. I recommend these Beauty.

Ok I have thick hair, and got Senegalese twist done to my hair Wednesday, the ladys in the shop were nice and very helpful. I was expecting to be there for at least 5 hours and I was only there for about two and a half there were 4 to 5 people working on my hair at any given time so that made the process faster. However the front of my hair is so tight I have bumps all around my hair line from it being so tight, I can't lay on it , been taking pain medication thinking that it would go away in a day or two and it hasn't, I just feel like taking it all out , or like I just wasted my money but don't get me wrong it's so cute I don't want to take it out trying my best to deal with it.These woman do good work but I don't think my hair can handle another visit #mixedgirlproblem (I'll just keep my hair down to for now until the redness goes away)--1st time experience

Cons: terrible customer service- I didn't expect it to be excellent but I didn't expect to be treated like I wasn't giving them $200

2. When my braids started falling out after a week and a half I called to complain and they said they would make it up and fix it. I drove an hour and a half again to get my hair repaired, I get there and the lady said she seen nothing wrong. It was clear that they were loose and you could see my hair coming through the braid. She fixed one braid and told me I was done. I was livid for taking that trip spending my gas $ and also $200 originally to have it done, for her fix one braid



Pros: it only took 3 and a half hours to do the twists but mind you I had 3 people in my head pulling my head at all different angles and if I wasn't in the right position for one of the braiders they would yank my neck like it was my fault.



There are plenty of places that take pride in their work and want their customers happy so they return, not the case in this braiding salon. It's just not worth it and I think I am fairly easy person to pleadr

I was there today and had a good experience,i had kinky twist done and my do i love it did ask about the card issue cos i had read these reviews and the lady explained to me that the card machine had jammed up so guess she was trynna avoid some issues.These people do a good job.

The first time I went it was great also, I even went home and brought my daughter back to get her hair done, but lately the quality has fallen off and the service is lacking, They always want you to pay in cash even though they except credit cards and seem to get upset when you do pay with a credit card. and even though I get the same hair style when I go, the prices are alway changing as if they are making it up as they go. I think the owner needs to come back, because her daughter is going to run the business into the ground. The stylists are good but they have turned into an assembly line type of service to get as many people in an out as possible, which means the quality of service suffers.

The only good experience I had here was the first time I went. I was out in about 4 hours and my twists look great and I got a lot of compliments. All the susequent times I went my braids were sliding out after a week, and I was in the place each time for almost 8 hours. The last and final time I went I was there from almost when the shop opened to when it closed again. They took all day to do my hair and I was the last one in the place. I was so exhausted when I left and was late to class! Then the lady that followed me out when I paid looked disappointed when I gave her only a 5 dollar tip! She's lucky she got anything I was so pissed. I'm never going there again!

I read the other reviews here and they are right. I got Senegalese twists on Friday and it only took 4 hours. They offered me refreshments and I had 3 women braiding my hair and it came out better than expected. The actual shop is in the back and it's clean with 2 huge flat screens. I highly recommend this place. They did a excellent job on my hair.

3yr satisfied customer from culpeper..i was really nervous at first but they suggested several braiding styles that allowed me to keep my natural look and the rest is HISTORY..

Had micros braids done and was in and out in 4 hours!!!! 3 women worked on my hair and all of the braids came out the same size!! Little bit pricey..but DEFINITLEY worth it due to the amount of time normally spent to have micros done!

i don't usually get sengalese twist because every where i go they tell me my hair to long to get it so they suggested that i get braids i was not happy with the suggestion at first but i decided to get it done anyway...it ended looking soooo GOOODDD!!! everything was nice and neat they are quick, efficient and respectful. Next time I am doing my braids i will make sure that I go to Bees

I'm a regular customer at bees. I love they're work. they're excellent braiders. Ive recommended a lot of people to them, including my friends and family. they treat their customers with so much respect. Ive been to many other braid shops in woodbridge and I finally found bees about 4 years ago and i havent went anywhere else since. btw judith and irene do the best weaves in the world:-)

I am new to the area. I searched for 2 weeks to find this place. They have a supply shop in the front of the store and hair braiding area in the back. Everyone was very nice and clean. Someone was always doing your hair or sometimes 2-3 people.Great team work. The braids looked great as well as sew ins and they were very fast. I would recommended this place to anyone.
