Robin - Weight Loss Story: After neglecting myself for three years and adding on 50lbs., in Dec. of 2007 I decided to contact a personal trainer to help me get back on track. Working hard on my own for months I was only able to lose about 10 lbs. This is where the magic of Lola Avazova comes in. When I started working with her I was a size 16 and struggling to lose weight. Lola encouraged me through the whole process, and was so inspiring that I made the decision to compete as a Figure Competitor. She pushed me to achieve my best, even when I wasn't sure I could do it. What faith Through diet and work outs from Lola I competed in a figure competition as a size 4 in September of 2008. Can you believe it? Forty-one years old, 5'11" and a size 4. I may not have the perfect body, but it's perfect for me. I'm in the best shape of my life and feel fantastic. Without Lola's advice, training and encouragement I couldn't have done it. Lola, You ROCK out loud! Love ya!
