Whether your want professionally cut steaks or just want a coarse grind suitable for chili, we can process your deer exactly the way you want. AMB Deer Processing was started by a professional butcher with over fifteen years professional experience in quality meat cutting. We are not a part-time deer processing operation run by hobbyists. We treat deer processing as a business and we want to keep you, the customer, coming back to us year after year. AMB Deer Processing was started because of the desperate need for competent deer processing services. We heard horror stories about how amateurs were not providing the requested cuts, were not returning all of the deer to the client, and even were returning meat from a different deer. And if these problems were not bad enough, the fees were high and often increased after the deer had been processed. We at AMB Deer Processing decided to fix those problems by making some important guarantees to our clients: We guarantee to honor our all-inclusive price of $65 per deer. (Some services, like smoking and sausage grinding, have a small additional charge because of the extra work involved.) We guarantee to process the deer the way you request. We guarantee to return the meet from your deer and not some other client's deer. We guarantee to return the meat 90% deboned. (If you want more or less deboning, all you need to do is ask.) We guarantee to return the meat wrapped in freezer paper, labeled and bagged for your freezer. We guarantee that you can watch us process your deer, if desired.
