National pilot CAR safety institute is presenting an enhanced washington P/EVO certification program with the awareness that most OUT of the BOX state level programs tend to look within their OWN borders and NOT the broad picture of interstate operations. And whereas the standard WA P/EVO program is described AS a basic skills and regulatory presentation. We have built that basic program into ONE more broad and comprehensive with a strong emphasis on safety. Teamwork. Success and professionalism.
