I had extensive dental work done here. I mean in excess of $5000. worth. Despite telling them I prefer to not hear a blow by blow of what was being done, that is what I got, which added to my stress level. I was also brought into the office and given an overly detailed account of every single thing that was wrong with my teeth and "smile" until I was literally in tears. I have been to other dentists who have addressed what needed to be done without the overwhelming and negative 'dressing down' that I received sitting in a chair opposite the dentist at his desk. Overall, the work I had done was fine. The one thing that could have been better was that they made me wear two sets of "temp" teeth to "try out" the color and fit before the permanent ones were made. After all of that, when the permanent caps were put on they were NOT the same shape or color as what I was told they would be. I do wish they were a bit whiter.
