Just bought our first camper and we love it. Its a Shasta 18BH and its amazing. It has everything we need. We shopped around for a year before we decided on this unit. Its ultral-light weight and fits the whole family. We cant thank Tracy and Jim enough for the camper. Lowest price around too.

I will give them 1 star because they seemed to be friendly people, and despite all the issues I will be happy with my camper. However, here are my complaints. I understand we purchased a used camper and that it comes as its but the owner of this establishment assured me that they would go through the camper thoroughly and that it would be camping ready when we picked it up. We picked up our camper and noticed right away that a few things had not been done as promised but because the place is three and a half hours from my home we let it go and hauled it home. When we got home as we are attempting to get things all set up and check it out there was no battery which was not told to us, there was a battery in it when we looked at it. ( they did explain to us in a phone call that it is our policy not to have batteries in a used camper although they should have disclosed it to us and offered to sell us a battery) The black water tank was completely full and obviously must have been full all winter) the grey water tank was three-quarters full so we had to pay to have those emptied. When we attempted to open up the awning it was seized up and needed work. When we finally got it hooked up to freshwater we found out it had not been dewinterized and was still full of antifreeze, the hot water tank was not put back together and not ready to operate. When we pulled out the hose to hook it up to the septic we found out the house was completely broken. They never even went through the inside to clean it or even gave it a wash on the outside. We are completely dissatisfied with the customer service. If this place weren't three and a half hours from my home we would have hauled it back and emptied the s*** tank in their yard! just in awe of how awful this company runs its business. And on another note they did return one of our phone calls but none of the subsequent calls. If the owners feel obligated to reply to this review maybe they should actually call us and speak to us in person because they definitely have our phone number

We purchased a used camper from Top of the Hill and found them to be very informative, courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to make our camping experience great. We had many questions and their staff was able to answer them all. Would definitely recommend them to anyone .

very shady place! don't buy a thing from them! they sold me a used camper for 11900 and with in 2 months I found out that it had 8030 worth of damages that had been created over a 2-3 year period! and they lie,lie,lie! if you value you money at all do not buy from this place

Stay clear of these people. I gave them a $200.00 deposit on a used trailer in September and their own finance company would not finance this trailer because it was more than 10 years old, now they won't refund my deposit after several phone calls and lies. Once I was told they had refunded my money to me. !

Rotten customer service! Rotten, rotten, rotten! Don't be fooled if they seem sweet when you're looking to buy a new Pop-Up or Travel Trailer! Once you buy, they want nothing to do with you. They only tolerate you as long as you continue to seek their services for any (and all) future work on your camper. But if you try to buy parts to do it yourself, they become rude & nasty.
