- Kitchen RemodelingCobblestone Court is a two phase (41) unit luxury townhome & flats development in Woburn, MA. Phase 1 is nearing completion and Phase 2 is underway. Units feature gourmet kitchens with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, central A/C, energy star windows, a front porch, and a 1 or 2 car garage. The open floor plan living and dining areas lead to private decks.
- FlooringWork also included new LED lighting, additional HVAC, construction of new showers, viewing area and customer service /retail area. Finishes include new sports flooring and paint. The color pallet, signage and finish material selections are inspired by the athletic theme of the facility.
- Tile InstallationMulti-phased renovation of an operational auto dealership for the Herb Chambers Companies. Scope of work includes a new façade, an addition and interior renovations. The addition will square off the building while the façade will receive new metal panels and glass storefront. Interior renovations include extensive new finishes at the showroom, 2nd floor offices, new tile flooring at the service area, and new lighting. throughout.
- FireplacesHanover Senior Center consists of a 7,000 sf building offering a facility to the Town Seniors for multiple functions. Seniors have the opportunity to schedule programs for arts and crafts, fitness, movies and any social event. The lounge adjacent to the lobby and reception offers a place to relax in front of a gas fireplace. A full time program director and administrative staff reside with ample office space located in the reception area.

- DemolitionConstruction included a complete interior demolition of a former furniture store with steel mezzanine. New walls were built in front of the existing demising walls which incorporated extensive sound proofing, then covered with fireproof and durable wood walls.
- LandscapingDevelopment and construction of the former Shannon Farms on the Woburn/Lexington line into (112) luxury farmhouse style townhomes. The units feature open concept living with gourmet kitchens and high-end finishes throughout. The homes open up to extensive landscaping and walkways abutting over 30 acres of conservation land.
- FencingRemoval and replacement of existing bleachers with increased capacity, accessible locker rooms and public toilets, an Officials room, ticket booth, concession stand, and a state-of-the-art Press Box. The site work included new fencing, driveway, and parking lot circulation improvements, streetscape design and improvements at Union Ave. Site lighting and security was upgraded. The track and playing field remained operational during construction.

- Window Installation/Replacement9,200 sf renovation of Historic Victorian home for the homeless into permanent housing; construction of new tower stairwell and 100% window replacement. 11 housing units, common areas and energy efficient systems including handicapped accessible entries and wheelchair lifts.
- DecksThe five story structure is founded on deep precast piles with a structural steel frame and composite decks. The exterior façade is comprised of stone, glass and metal panels affording the occupants excellent window lines with ample natural light, beautiful water views and spectacular Boston skyline views. The project employs the latest technologies in electrical and mechanical design and construction. Seaver was responsible for the HVAC system as a Design/Build package. The project includes a total of 178 covered and open parking spaces with one loading dock.
- SidingExterior work included concrete work, a new parking lot and drive-thru, reframing, siding, trim and roof. Interior work consisted of extensive millwork, bullet resistant glass and finishes as well as upgrades to the mechanical /electrical systems.
- Carpentry
- MasonryConstruction of 66,000sq.ft. of new and renovation work as well as site improvements. The exterior / envelope was structural steel with brick veneer. Interior walls are GWB systems and Masonry. Finishes included carpet, ceramic tile, and wood flooring. Entrances are aluminum storefront and aluminum window systems. The building included several offices, classrooms, a library and theatre. This work was done in phases to accommodate an occupied building.
