New Horizons, a part of Cummings Foundation and established in 1990, provides independent and assisted living to senior citizens throughout Massachusetts. The facility offer a variety of services including cleaning, dining, housekeeping, laundry, rehabilitation, wellness and transportation, recreational and social activities, and emergency services. The facility also has guest apartments, and a general store that provides gift items, cards, stamps, and other sundries. It also operates a more than 50,000-square-foot Choate Medical Center that provides medical aid and health care services to patients. The center also provides medication management, nutrition and diet planning, and respite care services. New Horizons is located in Woburn, Mass.
