During the Christmas season, my daughter and her boyfriend were treated badly at this office. They had questions about mailing a package and the person "helping" them was very rude!!! Why aren't you people friendly??? Why is your job any different than any other customer service job were you are treated with respect! What is your problem that you would be so rude in answering questions about your services? They are young kids who haven't sent out many packages and had legitimate questions. No wonder the USPS is hurting. I, too have noticed that people who work in our office in Wisconsin Rapids are NOT friendly. Maybe none of you should be working with the public.
